You can vote early in person beginning on Tuesday, Oct. 29th until Monday, Nov. 4th with Saturday hours also available. Early voting locations: Arlington Hills Community Center 1200 Payne Ave in Saint Paul Ramsey County Elections - Plato Building 90 W Plato Blvd, Suite 160, in Saint Paul Times vary by day.

Voting early by mail

To vote by mail, you need to submit an application for an absentee ballot.

For 2019, you can submit your completed absentee ballot application in person (90 Plato Blvd W, Suite 160, Saint Paul); by mail (PO Box 64098, Saint Paul, MN 55164); email (elections@ramseycounty.us); or fax (651- 266-2177). For more information, go to: RCelections.org.

In Ranked Choice Voting, voters have the power to rank candidates in order of preference instead of choosing just one. Your vote always counts for your highest-ranked candidate, and your second choice only counts if your first choice is defeated.
